so today, the 30th of november, motherland celebrates the one and only Andrew, with it's very own nickname The Apostle of the Wolfs, a settled name came from the old teritory of the dacians and their Totem animal, you got it: the Wolf.
now, secular romanian beliefs made the apostle andrew the most important figure in settling christianity in the indo-eurpean area, which is pretty big 'cause since then the folklore is soaked with tales, myths, traditions, and no later than that, beliefs in this one's power to heal and eradicate evil spirits.
part as i may seem to be, born and breed in this mythical place, makes it impossible not to belive enough to have the sense of superstiton as a guilty pleasure while mixing the coffe with lots of garlic.
anyways, another notable saint to my musical sensitivy is the creator of Cats and of The Phantom of the opera.
